Do I have to be present during servicing?

That depends on the type of service that’s being done for you. While some servicing may require you to be present, others may not require you to be. Once we identify the type of service you need, we’ll let you know if we’ll need you to be present or not.

How long will it take you to install or service a door?

The period it takes to perform our services depends on many factors. We can only provide an estimate based on the service required.

Can Prime Access Control customize my garage door?

Yes, we can! We have samples of layouts you can choose from. Book an appointment with us and we’ll send one of our representatives to visit you at your location. If you have a preferred layout ready to go, you can email us the picture and we’ll take it from there.

Can you convert my current gate to an electric gate?

Converting a manual gate to an electric gate is possible only if the manual gate is compatible. In order to determine compatibility, we would have to come out physically to inspect your gate.

Is maintenance included in the package when you install a new gate?

Unfortunately, no. We don’t offer maintenance along with installation unless you hire us for an additional cost for maintenance.

How do I grant a friend access to my electric gate if I am not around?

Technically, gates are put in place to prevent outsiders from entering a property when the owner has not consented to it. However, if you need to grant a friend or individual access when you’re not around, you would have to get an intercom system that will dial your mobile number when the individual presses the intercom button. You would then press a number on your phone, after identifying the individual, to grant them access.

Between the wired and wireless intercom, which is more suitable for a commercial building?

The wired intercom system is more suitable because it has added security features, longer range than wireless, prevents eavesdropping, and cannot be easily tampered with when compared wireless intercom systems.

We give a 30 days warranty on the services we provide. This covers a replacement and we bear the cost of parts and labor. This applies to all our services unless the warranty notes otherwise.
